Most important terminology:

PV = This is your personal volume. What you spend on your shop or Loyalty order each month. Unlike other businesses where your investments don't go into anything you can physically use, the PV that qualifies you for a paycheck also buys the products you need for your health and family. OGV = This is your overall group volume, the sum total of your entire organization. All the PV added together of everyone on your team can qualify you for ranks.
